Welcome to Chinese Xiang Cuisine! We're excited to bring you a taste of authentic Chinese Xiang (Hunan province) Cuisine food. 
Our menu features a variety of delicious dishes, from the spicy Gong Bao Chicken to the savory Pork Belly.

  1. Gong Bao Chicken: A popular Hunan dish consisting of diced chicken (or tofu) stir-fried with roasted peanuts, vegetables, and a side of rice, either white or brown.
  2. Chow Mein Noodles: A classic Chinese dish made with stir-fried wheat noodles, vegetables, meat or tofu, with a savory sauce.
  3. Beef and Celery: A dish made with sliced beef stir-fried with celery, seasoned with soy sauce and other spices.
  4. Pork Belly: A cut of succulent Braised pork, slow-cooked to be tender and juicy, and served with broccoli and rice.
  5. Fried Rice: A staple Chinese dish made with Jasmine rice, stir-fried with vegetables, eggs, and chicken, beef sausage or tofu, with soy sauce and other seasonings.
  6. Chicken Dumplings: hand made pot stickers with chicken, green onion and other seasonings, steamed or pan-fried and served with dipping sauces.
  7. Pork Buns: Soft and fluffy steamed or pan fried buns filled with seasoned ground pork and other flavorful ingredients
  8. Eggplant and Pork: A dish made with Chinese / Asian eggplant and sliced pork, stir-fried with garlic, ginger, and other seasonings,  served with either white or brown rice.
  9. Vegetarian Spring Rolls: Crispy rolls filled with shredded vegetables, such as cabbage and carrots
  10. MaPo Tofu with Pork: A popular Sichuan dish featuring tofu and minced pork cooked in a spicy chili bean sauce, with additional seasonings including Sichuan peppercorns and garlic.
